Loadoutworks
Loadoutworks is alive and shipping — the builder, Learn Hub, and LoadoutReps analytics are in active use. Marketplace monetization is intentionally held until (1) a separate Stripe account or Connect platform is provisioned to isolate firearms-adjacent risk from the rest of LexCorp, and (2) the firearms-adjacent compliance review for listings, payouts, and dispute handling is cleared. The non-marketplace surfaces continue to evolve; only the paid marketplace path is paused.

- Maintenance commitment
- Builder, compatibility validation, Learn Hub, and LoadoutReps remain maintained. Bug fixes and small feature work continue on the non-marketplace surfaces. No new marketplace-payment work ships until the revive trigger is met. Public product page and /purgatory/loadoutworks are kept accurate as status changes.
- Revive trigger
- A separate loadoutworks-marketplace Stripe account (or Connect platform plan) is approved AND the firearms-adjacent compliance path — listings policy, payout eligibility, and dispute handling — is documented and cleared. When both are true, lifecycle returns to `active` and marketplace payments work resumes.
- Kill trigger
- The compliance path is rejected or becomes economically unviable, OR marketplace unit economics no longer justify the added operational burden of running an isolated Stripe footprint. In either case the marketplace is redirected (builder + community stays; paid marketplace is cut) and this entry is resolved as `killed-redirected`.
